Parking lot is very tight hard to get in and out

Location, cleanliness and comfort. Would be great to have in-room microwave and not have to go to the lobby to use. Especially since there’s a frig in the room.

The driveway entrance seemed too small and congested to accommodate 2 hotels . Parking to check in was very difficult because of the restricted area.

Free breakfast. Was clean. Easy to get to.

Parking garage. That there isn’t food options for lunch or dinner

The front desk went above and beyond their responsibilities to take care of each guest. I got here about an hour before the check in time and they were very apologic since I had to wait 15 minutes for my room to be ready.

Almost nothing!

One of the managers at this location, was very rude and unprofessional to me, she lacks any customer service skills. Additionally, the room was not clean and felt very dirty.

Very luxurious room, good choices of things to watch, nice hot water, good sitting area, staff very pleasant.

They forgot to give us a room with a king sized bed, so we needed to switch rooms/key - a pain. The staff did apologized profusely. Also their luggage trolley was very hard to maneuver - they need a new one. The sheets were a bit rough on the skin.

How clean it is and how it has valet parking.

The shower wasn't warm. The water pressure was low.

Hit all the right buttons¿ staff was great, except for one. Bright, clean friendly and the breakfast was nice

Went to the bar to have a Bourbon, price was fine. When I got the bill there was a $2 charge for ICE! As I had my Bourbon on the rocks. When I asked why it was paying $2 for ice in my drink the bartender say¿Oh, ice is extra¿

the internet connectivity is not good I failed to attend a Zoom meeting because of the internet quality.

Cleanliness and accessibility to the city.

The room had horrible ventilation and was very stuffy. We could barely breathe and had a horrible time trying to sleep. The pillows are super uncomfortable and have zero support. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything outside room.

The tv was a nice size. The lobby area was also nice.

I thought, in the pics, a bathtub was in the room. No bathtub and the water wasn¿t hot. There no drawers for my clothing, therefore I had to keep digging in my suitcase.

I¿ve got a call from the staff at this Holiday Inn and she asked me about my slippers left in the room after checked out. The slippers were dirty and I just threw them away but they really cared to call if I missed them! I was very impressed and thankful
