Good location and value for money. Beds and linen clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and have all the expected comforts. Heat and cooling systems are good. Simple, clean, comfortable motel.

The motel appears to have been in decline, but the owners are bringing it back room by room. It is a Simple, clean, comfortable motel, nothing luxurious. Comfortability, value for money, location and pleasant staff are its strengths.
Was surprised they did not service the rooms. We stayed 5 nights and had to gather our own trash as the cans filled,and request additional toilet paper. Same towels all week.. From this perspective they are more like housekeeping rooms, then motel rooms.

Updated rooms. Location was perfect for our needs
