I'm at disabled veteran can barely walk, they gave me a room way around the corner went down told them I can't do it they gave me another room to four below it was farther away, went back to desk and the woman in charge came through

Love the POOL + hot breakfast + kitchen & guest laundry options! Really helpful during a difficult time that I?m going through w/my children

The only thing I didn?t like was the pool area had no clean towels and there were dirty towels and garbage left but I told front desk and she was going to notify someone to get clean.it was not hotel fault I blame the people who made the mess

AC not working. Had to replace the entire system at 9:00pm

From the hotel desk clerk to housekeepers to breakfast personnel, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Hotel is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, room size large/comfortable, plenty of sockets for electronics. Breakfast quality excellent!

The hotel was immaculate, lobby was inviting and well planned. The outdoor space was a welcome surprise. Gas grills, fire pit, basketball court and outdoor furniture. Room was inviting, bed like sleeping on a cloud!! Excellent!

Clean and quiet

Room was tiny could hardly use cooktop as it didn¿t work properly and the area was very cramped. Did not provide sheets for the pull out. Kitchen not fully equipped. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee in room terrible. Tv hard to see, in bad place to view.

The noise level about my room was pretty bad, the room was too hot and if you turned the heat down it automatically went to cold air for a c. I ended up with a headache. he pool area was freezing, so I asked the front desk if there was anything that could I be done. They closed it and it was ready a couple of hours prior to check out, so my daughter was not able to swim much. Also pillows were uncomfortable
