Homewood Suites by Hilton Bridgewater/Branchburg

Due to computer issue, we were unable to enter our room just before check-out time.

The great customer service, the cleanliness and overall look of the establishment.

I liked the area I needed to be in. Felt safe and plenty of parking.

Outside parking lot party! Night time and I called the lobby they told me they would take care of it. They called me back 10 minutes later saying the Mgr could not take care of it because it was joining property. It was not! It was several pickup trucks!

breakfast bags (in lieu of breakfast) were all different. Whoever made them didn't take the time, many bags were short items. Room coffee was the worst! Please invest in a coffee pot for the lobby, even if one person operates it

The bed was very comfortable and the room and hotel were nice and clean. Super friendly staff too!

Bare minimum amount of towels, toiletries, coffee, tea etc. When asked if there was a senior rate (for a bereavement trip), the hotel said they had a special rate, which turned out to be higher then the normal price quoted,

We liked the extra space and the full size kitchen. Didn't make us feel cramped at all

the only thing we found not satisfactory was the internet. We had issues getting connected

Our room was right across from maintenance room which was very noisy. We had a handicapped accessible reservation, however, there was no bench or chair in the tub/shower area. We called down to the desk & they sent one up.

The amenities were wonderful. Lovely outdoor area where people could congregate and socialize. Beautiful firepit! The breakfast was great too! Really enjoyed our stay.

The wifi was not working well. The echo at the indoor pool was difficult to deal with.

We had a suite and it was very comfortable. It looks like a fairly new hotel.

Front desk was not clear what room we were getting. We were a party of three with a King Suite. Requested double bed suite right after checking in and was not accommodated.

Breakfast choices were minimal and not complete. Some things ran out and were replaced with something different. As a vegan, very little at breakfast; no potatoes; some batches of eggs had meat so even vegetarians would be dissatisfied.

The first lady we encountered at the front desk was not friendly at all and seemed to have a bad attitude.

Everything in the area closes at 11pm so there we nowhere to get food.
