Very friendly, rooms are spacious, pool was lovely, no issues.

The only thing we didn’t like was that breakfast ended at 9:30 on the weekend. We thought it was 10 o’clock and got there just after they closed.

No hot water, Heater doesn't work.

We had a late arrival and called ahead to inform per the reservation details. The hotel was very accommodating and staff was so friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Had to hold the toilet handle down for it to fully flush. But that happens sometimes. The front desk was notified to make the repair.

Pool and breakfast

No restaurant- I was supposed to receive 2 King Size Beds in my room instead received one King and a pull out couch. Not the fault of the hotel but pricelines!

Great front desk attendant with easy check-in. Room was spacious and very clean.

I extended my stay & they charged my $100 pet dep twice. I left for work at 6:00 &saw breakfast being put out so I grabbed a couple of things to go, promptly told me that it¿s not served until 6:30. Would not take my trash, but pointed to the dumpster.

Large, very clean rooms. Fantastic staff! Observing COVID-19 regulations. Kitchenette with pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, and a full-size refrigerator.

Little plastic cups for the bathroom might have been nice, but no big deal.

Excellent customer service and cleanliness! Pet friendly hotel (with a fee) that provides simple complimentary breakfast.

Like living in a complete apartment. It evokes a sense of home.

When housekeeping comes around, to please announce themselves. Due to external reasons, we were startled when there was knocking at the door but no sound otherwise to indicate who was at the door.

Like the rooms and convenience

This hotel has a lot of tournament teams that stay there. There is kids running the halls til very late yelling to each other. Parents are not around as they are partying downstairs.

My reservation said check in was after 3:00. I arrived at 5:30 and the front desk person told me they wouldn't have any rooms ready for 45 minutes so I waited in the lobby. My room wasn't available until after 7:00. Very disappointing.

Hotel employee initially on phone and in person was great genuine welcoming She was reassuring regarding my pets, gave us a perfect location in the building. Hotel employee also really nice arranged our room and offered suggestions for the area. Huge immaculate suite.Th

There were some really rude inconsiderate dog owners who did not pick up after their dogs; unbelievable iright near the area with bags and pail provided. Just don't get it. It's not easy to find a hotel of this caliber with such a generous pet policy

The hotel suite was very nice. I loved the swivel tv that you could watch in bed or in the living room. The free breakfast was very good. The hotel offered nice amenities including free internet, parking, pet-friendly rooms and free laundry detergent.

The pool was too cold to swim in.

What we like the most are breakfasts, fitness center, indoor pool and room layout.

Not so far.

When we arrived at 5:30pm the room was still not ready, we had a,long day and did not need they 1.5 hour delay. Ice machine was also broken so had to go out and purchase ice
