Hyatt House Branchburg

I stayed at this hotel while working a nearby event as a security guard. The location was very convenient, only about 15 minutes from the event site.

The only downside was the food service hours. I worked 12-hour shifts, so I missed the free breakfast and wasn't able to order food when I returned at night.

Clean and quiet

Front desk night clerk was rude. I was traveling withe my senior mother.

My room was on the first floor. It was quiet and peaceful.

The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. I had to walk a long way to the ice machine. The concession stand was very pricey

temperature control and breakfast ( but no staff ! )

toilet seats are too low , beds too high . We killed a stink bug !

not much else. the staff was so rude. We had a prepaid res on 8.1 returning after a 2 nite stay earlier in the week. Desk were so overwhelmed she did know where to access the information for payments. She ranted for two hours like She was the guest.

The carpet deodorizer was strong and offense. I asked housekeeping if there was anything they could do while I was out. They shut the window I opened to help with the smell. It was awful

easy to find; clean and courteous.

We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady at the front desk. She upgraded our room to a suite and it was amazing! If we are ever in the area again we will certainly make a reservation!

Breakfast was only a bagel and coffee. The bagel gave me horrific heartburn!

The door to my room #209 did not latch alll you had to do was push on the door and it opened the Hot breakfast was frozen french toast stocks that you had to microwave in your room orange juice mixed fruit cup granola bar and a apple very disappointed

Staff was excellent. A younger female checked me in. Very nice. Middle of the night I went to get something to drink by the front desk. Younger gentleman waited on me. Very nice.

There was a used cigarette filter by the couch. Seemed kind of dirty that I had to pick it up.

The things i liked the most were; the room design, the shower w clear glass door, the option of a shower mat rolled in shower neatly out of the way, the towel rack im the shower, the sliding bathroom door, the TV swivel and size & also the breakfast

The hotel is going down hill. Dirty rooms awful service and rude staff

We liked the refrigerator and microwave best! The bed was comfy.

The vanity sink is pretty much open to the bed, so if anyone got up earlier to do their make-up, brush teeth, get dressed, the light would wake the other person. Made it easy to chat tho!

Location, breakfast, room size and comfort level were beyond what expected for the price we paid.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. I appreciated the nice work station in my hotel room and it was nice to have an in-unit kitchenette.
