They accommodated a room change request.

It was not as pictured. The hotel was run down. The images on the website are doctored or AI generated. The hotel was nasty. Section 8 housing. Live in residents. Cockroaches in our room. We felt uncomfortable. We left the same night. Did not stay.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. They had a situation with their water and they were very communicative. They let us know when it was shut off and when it turned back on.

This was a privately owned hotel which the rooms smelt clean. Personally they did not feel clean to me. Also they have a $50 pet fee per night as a heads up.

Nothing the room was dirty had to be switched twice ¿ bed gram had mold on it and the air conditioner had flies all over it ¿ I was not feeling well or I would have checked out extremely disappointed

The hotel smelled like smoke and so did the room

It¿s not far from 440 and the local roads all lead to close eating destinations and activities.

They have roaches, and the pictures do not reflect anything close to what the room looks like the towels were stained, and the manager is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn¿t advise anyone on staying here.

The location was nice and the room had the potential to be nice

It was dirty, smelled like smoke. Loud. The sheets smelled funky. It was by far the worst hotel I stayed in.

Very clean. Had an upstairs and a downstairs.

Still curious what the power buttons on the mirror does.

The staff was nice.

Cockroach crawling up my hand while I was in bed. The tub would not shut off completely, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed to not hear the tub running. And I found a cigarette on the top of the bathroom mirror.

Room was clean, very simple but clean. Cheap price for the area for a quick place to sleep

The whole place smelled like pot as soon as you walked in. Hotel itself other than the room was not the cleanest, old dirty carpets, etc

How friendly the personal was

Bathroom outlet didn't work,bathroom light was not helpful

Staff was friendly, professional, particularly manager Ramon. We arrived to learn our room was on 2nd floor, no elevator. I use a cane. With hotel full, he managed to get us 1st floor room.

Drastically needs updating. Everything metal in bathroom was rusted or corroded. Grouting black. Veneer of composite vanity was rotted, peeling off. Back entrance hallway was disgusting. Upholstery on sofas in front lobby was unraveling.

The water pressure in the shower and location was convenient

We were unaware the hotel was smoking allowed, there was no ac in the room, the tv didn¿t work until we switched the outlet and got a new remote, there was hair in the bathroom (not from ourselves) and blood on the walls.

I liked the size of the TV and I didn¿t see any bugs. The employees were nice. I also liked the padding behind the beds. There was a party going on and the sound barley bothered me so the walls were good.

Easy in and out. Front desk staff so very polite :-)

Wish they had the smoking area on the side instead of the front ..otherwise rooms look great for the price !

It's local to work.

Everything: broken ice machine, NO complimentary breakfast as advertised, NO clock or blow-dryer anywhere in the room (BOTH of which I sorely needed, during my stay), poor, parking lot, NOBODY @ the front desk, backwards shower dial, broken towel rack,

I felt like I was in a halfway house or something

The bed was horrible which one of the old type mattresses with springs in it my back still hurts

Very clean, neat, and modern
