I absolutely despise their management! I checked into the hotel 12/31/24 and checked out 1/1/25. It is now 1/11/25 and they are STILL HOLDING MY INCIDENTAL FEE! They keep blaming my bank for not releasing the fee, when it?s the Marriott who never released

Rooms are not that great as per the star level selected and not even a microwave provided in the room, drawer, bathroom doors are so struck not easy to open/close. overall is average not as good as rates/starts

Assigned to room that was not able to enter had to move rooms etc, staff not very accommodating.

the front staff was very welcoming. Hotel employee was great¿ he even made suggestions on local date night spots.. There is an awesome restaurant/bar that was quite sophisticated and modern..

Loud, people smoking, playing loud music after midnight. I was locked out because room key was not working. Had 3 trials until they call someone to fix it

We checked out on Sunday morning around 9 AM on 12/4/2016. The lady was really rude and only allowed us to check in two stored luggage which we never had this situation before since we have total of 4 luggage as well as 1 guitar. We request reimburseme

The water was hot. Since I cannot write anymore in the what I didn't like section Ill write it here. The shower had mold. VERY old and very little new furniture mix up. Carpet from B.C. times. Elevators SCARY! SMALLEST PILLOWS IN THE WORLD! ROUGH TOWELS!

A 3.5 star hotel going through renovations and wasn't told before I booked. Double room had a California king bed and a queen bed. Huh? Luggage carrier or end table was on it's last limb. Business center nook. Tarps everywhere. Work crew looking in ur win

The hotel is under renovation to support a brand change so it was essentially gutted. The elevators looked like salvage from a 1950's tenement and the bathrooms were worn with water damage and peeling paint. This was not a 31/2 star hotel as presented.

Building very old,tired and worn. In room some carpet was worn through in spots and there was a hole in bathroom door. Just touched toilet paper roll and bracket fell off the wall. Arrived at 9pm and dining room was closed.

I called to confirm we would have a room when we arrived at 11:30 PM they told me I had to stay on the third floor which was under construction when we arrived on the hallway from the elevator most of the rooms were boarded up -nightmare

Yes, the bathtub/shower was not up to the mark for a 3 1/2 star hotel. The bathtub was not draining fast enough, some water was still pouring down the faucet in shower mode, caulking and tile work were shoddily done and there were water stains on ceiling.

Dirty, under construction, slow personal, pool closed. This hotel is not even 2 stars

Just a room to stay over night. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room is old and the hotel needs renovation . It's ok for the price I paid . Will come back again after the renovation in the future.

Need to remodel the old looking bathroom.

The air conditioning was not working at 100%. The hotel said they were having problems, but this went on for the 3 days I was there. The staff seemed indifferent and indicated this happens all the time.

Very noisy, even late. Lots of families with unruly kids, foreign tourists yelling for each other in the hallway, etc.
