- The hotel did not have record of my selected request of early check in during booking the room then wanted to charge me an additional fee of $75. Ultimately they did not honor the request due to no housekeeping staff being available prior to 11am.
- Minor issue with the deactivation of our room key several times.
- At night, going through the side entrance. The hallway was very wet due to walking on snow. They should have a longer runner. Everything, including the breakfast, was very good. The staff was very friendly.

It’s clean and spacious , staff is very nice , price is high . I have to pay almost $70 more than average rate near by
