- Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Able to check in early. Heater was not working. Engineer was called and verified. He notified the desk and within minutes they brought a new key to change rooms. Room was large. Good breakfast.

- The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I asked if I could get water bottles they gave me 2 as complimentary. The breakfast was really good. I especially liked the yogurt and fresh fruit. I had an awesome view from my room for the sunrise over NYC!

- Our room was stinking a lot. There was so much smell of something like soaked towels in water for long time from the one room coming.
