- The staff
- It was dirty things were broken there were not toiletries the front desk refused to help me with my bags there were no carts no parking upfront there were large groups in many rooms with the music blasting there were no extra pillows or blankets

Cons -
- The breakfast was nasty and the eggs are powdered eggs. The room needs major upgrades to it. The elevator was not working, we had to hound housekeeping to get our room clean. Never ever staying here again
- The hotel is in terrible shape. Only one elevator was working. The hot water was tepid. Parking is minimal on site, so one parks in an unlit garage across the street. The hotel is situated directly next to the highway and it?s very noisy.
