Americas Best Value Inn Phillipsburg

Following Waze to find the hotel on a busy road with median strip was very confusing. Luckily we saw the entrance before we drove past it.

It had a balcony

It didn't have breakfast or a pool like advertised online. Id like my money back honestly.

Helpful staff and comfortable bed.

Desk lamp did not work and staff did not fix.

I liked having a balcony and room was spacious

tV didn't work and pool closed, no coffee maker

The sheets were reasonably clean and it was close to the highway

The non-smoking hallway reeks of cigarettes and pot. The carpet was filthy and the walls were peeling.

Hotel was a disaster. Said 3 star w/ restaurant at 5.8 user rating. NO way! Hotel completely unmaintained, under construction, looked like people were living there. Restaurant was not even close to open for months power was out & could not check in!

Clogged shower drain, 1 tv channel, no doorknob on bathroom door, credit card machine not working, cash deposit with no receipt, did not get deposit back!!!! Never use this dump, you should not even list it!!!!!

The hotel is run down and the bed was awful. I asked for a room downstairs because I cannot climb stairs with a bad knee and I told them that in person and he charged me $10 more for that room. In cash . Where do you think that cash went? We didn¿t stay

Everything was aweful!! $115 dollars wasted never stayed we left in an hour.

They kept me there 45 minutes pass the check in time to find my reservation. The clerk had to call his boss for the password to even find my reservation. I will never stay there ever again.

I walked into the top with bugs crawling on the wall and staff did not care. I checked out the room the same day. The clerk didn¿t even ask why and if everything was ok. So I will never stay at that motel again

It was very quiet and peaceful.i also loved the balcony,high ceilings,spacious room,and shower

The room wasn't ready on time.The sliding balcony door did not lock and upon arrival i found about a 4inch long lock of someones hair on top of the bed that was closest to the door.

The floors were not carpeted in the rooms, so that made it feel cleaner than the hallways.

Very dirty and low class. Extremely rude and unprofessional nighttime receptionist.

phone did not work, Remote did not work, but they fixed it twice, coffee machine did not work. OK for a one nite stay

This hotel was filthy. Old mattress out in the yard outside window. Wall outlet hanging out of wall. Smoke detector last serviced 2019. Staff rude. Checked out.. did not stay.

Absolutely NOTHING

I would have given 0 stars. Worst place EVER,stinks really bad, roaches, dirty q-tips, holes all over the walls, cigarette holes on the beds sheets, holes on lamp covers, stained walls, other rooms having parties,no phone,no wifi,absolutely disgusting.

easy to find

telephone did not work. Desk clerk said it only worked to front desk, so I set a wake up call. It never came. so - telephone did not work Outside of a dead batter on a cell phone, there is no way to call for help.

The hotel room was disgusting.! The floor was dirtyThe carpet was soiled they were broken fixtures in the bathroom the phone did not work the Wi-Fi did not work television only worked with half a screen. Don¿t stay here!

They allow pets. They were very efficient and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant place to stay convient to all stores.
