Old, dirty, un welcoming

Good location

There were kids running down hallways.running into doors. Not supervised by adults.trash every where. Thought I booked at Hampton not at a budget hotel.

Generally, it was fair this time around. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful

I was at the hotel for six (6) nights and my room was cleaned once, two days prior to checking out. From the third day, I enquired about this but it was left feeling my concerns were not important. On the same night, we ran out of toilet paper.

Staff was pleasant and the breakfast food and area was very clean.

It would be best for the rooms to have no carpeting. It's the only way to avoid dirt and dust.

the pool was much too cold, the shampoo was empty, the blinds in the room did not block the light from coming in the window in the morning, the wall thermostat was lit all night and was too bright

Hairs is in everywhere in the bathroom. So disgusting.

breakfast was great there was alot of options, my 3 year old son loved the pool, entire hotel was very clean, the location was perfect a walmart was located behind the hotel with plenty of restaurants near the hotel and a local gas station friendly staff

4 out of 6 nights we stayed our tv wouldn¿t work and had to call staff multiple times a day to come and fix it they had direct tv and it would keep saying ¿if there is weather delays please wait if not please call the front desk¿ and there were no delays

Close to PNC Arts Center and not far from the beach, for weekend outings. Long Horn Steakhouse and Miller's Ale House are just outside the hotel, as well as Dunkin, McDonald's, Walmart, etc. Very nice breakfast is included with your stay.

I love Hampton Inn s and stay at them as much as I can. They always make me feel welcomed and safe as a woman traveling alone. The rooms are comfortable and clean and give me the ability to keep my own snacks etc..

The hotel was so clean, excellent service and breakfast was extremely good.

Great location while traveling North. Kids loved the pool and hot chocolate. Plus there is a Walmart and lots of places to eat very close. Staff was great and helpful. Parking was free! Breakfast was a good! Turkey sausage for an updated review 7/30/23.

Clean, friendly staff, right next Walmart, dunkin, longhorns attached etc a in the lot!

Pool was closed until further notice which was one of the rains we booked this hotel so that was disappointing. Tub could be updated & bed had a noticeable stain on the side

The location is great! Right next to a few restaurants and Walmart.

It was under construction and was woken up at 7am. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed.

They adverstise they had a pool that is why I booked it for my grandkids. When we got there there was a sign on the door that said pool was closed indefinitely. I would have liked to have known that before I booked.
