Updated, clean and quiet rooms in a "small-town setting", convenient to grocery store, diners, fast food, Walmart, and major highways.
I always prefer to stay in non-chain hotels, so I appreciated that about White Oaks. The fellow at the front desk was exceedingly courteous. And the facility was exceptionally clean and quiet and easy to find.
Very cordial staff. Room was very clean, tastefully decorated. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is just off the NJT and close to many dining choices. Great wifi. If you're looking for a basic motel with not a lot of fluff or extras, this is for you.

Cons -

My only complaints 1) when doors are left open during cleaning, etc, flies get inside. Also found a small bug ( a flea) on bed. 2) Hair from previous guest found on blanket. Use different fabrics for bedspreads, fabric easier to clean.
