Hampton Inn Pennsville (Wilmington Area)

I tried to get a blow dryer for the room and they couldn?t accommodate the request, even though the rooms were supposed to have them.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Bed and pillows were not that great.

24 hr coffee bar, Breakfast, location,

One of my rooms, 308, no shampoo etc in shower. One room 304, door handle broken on cabinet to refrigerator . Floor coming in to room had something white like lint or small pieces of paper on it

the room was not clean, bathroom shower was moldy and took forever to get warm

Completely unusable internet. Couldn¿t load pages. Hotel staff tried but could not help. I am fully tech-literate and it did not work. I hope to get a full refund. Had to leave and book and different hotel

It's the only hotel in the area that has a pool. The breakfast is the best of the area compared to the breakfast included in the hotels nearby. Staff were above and beyond customer service expectations.

The area is crappy in signal service though the hotel strives to do their best with the Wi-Fi.

Cleanliness and comfort of room. Free breakfast.

Exercise room was surprisingly well equipped

Theme: chairs Our room desk chair was unsafe-screws missing. It should have been easily noticed by staff. Breakfast room chairs were uncomfortable, heavy to move and did not align with the tables height wise. Design trumping comfort and function.

Bkfst selections very good.

Occasional chair missing from room. Kleenex dispenser empty. Smoking rooms should be on one floor. The skunk stink of marijuana was awful along the 4th floor hall.

I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, so I didn't know that it is required to order to have your room cleaned and fresh towels be brought to your room. The desk clerk was not courteous and was very rude. Why no cleaning on weekends?

So close to 95, turnpike snd better value than DE hotels.

Front staff is nice and respectful, breakfast was great , room was clean and comfortable no complaints ,

I think the rate is expensive but I guess the price of living is high right now ,

under construction - - didn't provide code compliant safety measures ie scaffolding did not cover entire work area had to walk under crane to get to car

Yes and I will appreciate if the mng call me I wasn't happy at all a reserve a king size room, they said they have non a ail. Give me a double with blood on the sheets on one bed and a wire on top of the sheets on the next bed .mhg plz...

Friendly and easy to get to off the highway. Was clean and everything was fresh.

The beds were high and hard to get into
