Homewood Suites by Hilton Parsippany-Troy Hills

I liked the room suite.

I should have been informed at booking that the lobby was undergoing renovations and that the gym was closed. I should have been offered a small discount for these reasons. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door too early and too often.

Location was the best part of the hotel, and the free breakfast.

I found a pair of toddler shorts in the sheets. This may mean that the staff didn?t change the sheets prior to my stay. Also, there?s a ton of construction, so the hotel looks poorly kept. There?s also no water (aside from tap) available to drink.

This is our second time booking and we had a great time. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk was very helpful. We actually booked again in 2 weeks. This will be our go to location, we especially like the kitchenette feature.

Friendly staff, nice room, and a great location for my needs. I would stay there again for sure.

The staff was super nice. Prices were very reasonable. They had a nice indoor pool which my family loved especially with winter approaching. Rooms were clean. This is really a home away from home.

The heat didn't work in my room.

They had a good breakfast selection but it was only until 930.

It was outdated and the carpet was torn apart I stepped on a staple as well. The a/c unit was broken and the bed was very old. Also, check out was 11am instead of 12pm and the front desk was very rude about the policy. The couch was completely torn up.

Needs a big renovation - especially with regard to the couch (half chewed by what I imagine to be a dog The studio suite was small and very basic, but, on a high floor and close to the elevators as requested. The shower was great. really good pressure

Loud music in the room next door. Played til 1am. Weekend party for people from India.

They put me in a room next to the party room. The Indian people we¿re having a weekend party Saturday night and I need to Sunday loud thumping music from India. Good night get to sleep. Could not sleep.

Room was beat up, Vents had lots of dust, Furniture could use some TLC

I have stayed here several times over the years, because it is convenient and they have a kitchenette. The basic expectation is a bed, a door that locks and a working bathroom which every hotel must provide to be considered something you pay for.

When I was about to leave I went to take a shower and it did not work. When I asked a staff member at the front desk to use a shower in another room he refused. This isn't my first problem with a Sonesta Hotel. I won't stay at this hotel brand anymore.

The breakfast and the location was great

The hotel was showing its age and needed a remodel on the floor I was on - carpet by elevators was worn and frayed. My chair in my room was tattered and falling apart. They brought me a replacement and did additional cleaning I requested.

Very clean. Smelt very good. Clean air. Room size. Very comfortable for up to two persons. Reliable room service. Pleasant cleaning staff. Fast elevator. Wide corridors.

Convenience store limited accessibility. Toilet worked but not well. Toiletries acceptable. Loss of internet for nearly a day. No information available about it.

The room was dusty and in need of some basic repairs

Their rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great layout

Room felt very clean. Room was well lit & I was able to read my book without additional light. Some hotels have very dim lights in their rooms, and I often need additional lighting to read. I LOVE THAT THE TV REMOTE CONTROL WAS COVERED WITH A CLEAR

A bottle of water cost $3.50. Feels like the price is a little high. Not a deal breaker.

Breakfast is basically a grab and go. Indoor pool still not open

It smelled like smoke and weed. There were several parties in rooms making it hard to sleep and find parking.

The room was very clean. My only problem was the bed was too high to climb on and out of. Also the washing machines and dryer had a funny smell but other than that everything was good.
