- The staff was friendly. And I really like the skywalk concourse that takes you to the corner across from the Prudential Center.
- Location, cleanliness
Cons -
- The parking or lack there of. You can pay $60 a day( a special deal with the Double Tree) and HOPE that you are able to find a place to park in the parking garage. Also the check in time is 4pm or later, and they have 1-2 staff at the desk.
- The last day we could not shower because there were no towels due to something going wrong in laundry
- The parking was to expensive
