- The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
- Friendly & helpful staff from check in to check out. Hotel employee (no name tag) was wonderful and had great suggestions on things to do with our grandson. She checked us out and was friendly and professional. She is an asset to the hotel.
- Nothing we liked about this pathetic hotel and in fact, we lost our money in spending for hospitals due to their disgusting bed and pillows which made us sick.

- Pull out couch had a bar under the thin mattress that bothered my teenage grandson who slept on it. Mini fridge in room was not as cold as I would have liked, and it did not have a freezer.
- We didnt liked anything and wasted our hard earned money. i have plenty of reasons to share. call me on 972-602-5589 and i will tell them clearly.
