The tv and the heat did not work!!! The temperature went down to 67 degrees in the room. They didn't have anyone on site to address the problem. They didn't offer another room. This experience is a deal breaker!!

TV guide didn't show programs that were on, just the network. Very strange and annoying. That was the second week in a row that encountered this.

Spacious room for a one bedroom. I like the full kitchen. I like the hot breakfast. Very satisfied.

The water in the shower was barely hot enough (even turned all the way up). However, there was no problem with the hot water in the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink.

The service

The pool people open the side door and let anybody in not fair to us that paid so I had to take my grandbabies out the pool

It was clean, the location was great, the staff were friendly, the room was nice.

The doors and digital keys did not work. I have to keep having them replaced and asking someone to open the door for me. One man said one of the doors hadn¿t worked in months.

The location and easy access to the highway. The accessible room had great space and the layout was good.

We had to request housekeeping services twice until the room was cleaned. Note inside the bathroom said the room would be cleaned every other day, which did not happen.

1) the kitchen ventilation fan for cooking too much noise 2) the kitchen ventilation s light blub no work 3) the shower tub drain slowly moving 4) the shower water when showers very cold, the shower on off handle cant move to the hot water side

The AGM and Bailey was great they have great smile and went way and beyond to help me ***** for them

Keisha was the worst when we checked out. No thank you for staying or did you enjoy your stay and never gave us eye contact

Morning breakfast, staff was awesome, felt safe

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. If you asked for anything they brought it to you. Like clean towels and stuff to the room over all day had a nice social night on Wednesday night. That was very very nice with food.

Only problem I had with the hotel was my granddaughter set a cut down on the table and mad ants when we woke up in the morning all over the blanket and everywhere she was sleeping they came in and exterminated the room but they should¿ve waited till lef

Easily accessible to the highway. The room size was great and I liked having a full kitchen with pots and pans.

I wasn't given the breakfast schedule. The elevator and carpet in the hallways were not clean to the degree I'm used to seeing. The bed was uncomfortable.

Four staff members at check in desk and none of them greeted or welcomed me. The elevators do not work, and having a room on the 3rd floor was not convenient without a working elevator

The staff was extremely friendly.. A woman who worked the front desk was very pleasant . The hotel was very clean. And I like the fact at the hotel was kind of hidden in an area and it was quiet.

They make us feel very welcome in particular Britney and Luis the manager of the breakfast area. They gave us an excellent service in all requests. We were very satisfied with the facilities and personnel. It was a nice experience.
