?? Also on bad list is hallways and elevators extremely hot and humid !!!why ?? Elevators verrrry slow Why do u limit the part of what did u not like @hotel ?? Hmmm breakfast was POOR !!potatoes cold sausage was horrible.

Bathroom had broken tiles and we wonder @mold etc. Eggs and potato’s and sausage (?) HORRIBLE. No luggage carts available for over an hr i??then found one loaded with luggage sitting at front desk over an hr. We needed one ! Horribly hot in hallways

Walls are very thin and we were woken up several times with yelling and crying

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious

The pool was closed and that was the main reason we went to a hotel for the night! Very disappointed kids :(

Free wifi

My initial encounter which was with Brandon. I wanted to check in a hour earlier to set up for a proposal and he gave me a hard time. I'm sure this accommodation could have been honored but instead of the staff doing his best to assist he did the opposit.

Very friendly front desk. Perfect location. Easy in and out. Nice room layout with a HUGE bathroom. Liked the slider wire drawers as vs traditional wood drawers.

Housekeeping is not the best, although the room looked and smelled clean I did find a used hand towel left on the back of the toilet and the shampoo container was totally empty.

Location and price

The breakfast was till 10 am, but they closed it around 9:30 am.

The room was clean

I was told the hotel overbooked and I did not get the room I requested. The shower had cold water for several hours after check in and delayed my plans for the evening.

The room disposition was very bad. The tv was on the side and far away from the bed. The curtains were very awkward and we had to call maintenance to lower it down for us.

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours after check in for our room to be cleaned and ready and the there was no cable and no one to fix it. We checked out 15mins after we got the room and was promised a credit. I felt sorry for the two at the front desk!

The nighttime check in lady was amazing. Probably one of the friendliest, sweetest we've ever encountered in years of travel!

The bathroom was disgusting. Clearly all they did was change totals and did no cleaning. There were hairs visible in the bathtub, along with the soap line. Hotel assured us all pandemic precautions were taken care of but they definitely fell short.

Great price and location. Clean and comfy room.

Breakfast was not appealing - over processed foods and nothing healthy or fresh we could eat.
