The hotel maid couldn't have clean my room probably because someone personal items left at the headboard of the bed. Which made me question the cleanliness of my hotel room. After seeing, it left me feeling uneasy. This is one of the reason, i begin renting from VRBO! I thought the reason for (later) check-in time was to allow your staff more time for cleaning but i don't think that the case which is very disappointing.

Great location friendly staff

I like that I know what to expect across the board when I stay at a Hampton Inn. Everything is similar no matter which location I stay at. I liked that it was on the main road, it was easily accessible and online check in was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was someone was riding their electric scooter in the parking lot and going between cars - when I notified the staff he went out right away to address the issue so I’m grateful for that.

The only thing was only one elevator was working, but we didn’t have issues using the working one. And the advertised pool was not operational - it wasn’t a big deal for us though.
