Hyatt House Mt Laurel

Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds Kitchennet, microwave, cooking range.

No elevator. Need to climb to 3rd floor. If having disabled or senior citizens with knee problems may find difficult climbing stairs

I liked the large size of the room and the breakfast was very good. The staff was also nice.

The room was spacious and accommodated my family size.

The pool was out of control. Way too many people. No regulation. Marijuana smoking throughout the property. Would not stay here again.

Clean, the kitchen, the simple comfort, the price and the breakfast - though I would like waffles.

Charging for parking and charging for checking in early.

The room was nice (full kitchen, 2 TVs, good lighting).

The hotel didn't have an elevator. Not sure how disabled could stay there. And the charge for parking! That's unacceptable!

Location, each room had a door leading directly outside, dog friendly, dog garbage disposals outside, clean bed, relatively quiet

subpar compared to other Hyatt Houses, lots of steps, door hard to open, no elevators, faucets loose, carpet dirty, trash left in room, room layout not ideal, no usb plugins, breakfast had only 3 hot options available on any given day, $5 parking fee

the living area was nice

bathroom door would not close, not enough towels. not clean, mold in shower, no laundry bag provided. the heat system was not good. tv remotes were crappy. I felt like i was in a 2 star comfort inn and not Hyatt location

The two bedroom suite.

My room was not serviced during the 3 nights we stayed there. I was told they were supposed to service every other day. Carpets were stained/old. A lot of wear. Room needs updating.

Layout of the room was good

Really needs better . Furniture and walls is scratched and nicked. Smelled bad. Not enough towels

The only bright spot was one of the front desk clerks, she told me she traveled from property to property, I believe she said she was from Colorado. She was always pleasant and helpful.

The front desk staff was awful most especially the girl on the day we checked out. I only asked for towels and as I had asked the other lady but she was nasty and accused me of being rude, she didn't want to be bothered. Also the kitchen guy was rude

We loved breakfast. My 5-year-old son discovered invisible potato chips (salt). The overall room met our expectations.

I was disappointed that the soap dispenser in the master bedroom was not filled. The sliding door in the same bedroom was maladjusted and would not stay closed And in the same bedroom the double doors hits the bed. The night person also wasnt very chipper

The only thing that was OK about this place was the location and the space provided.

The hotel advertised a pool that was closed down. The hotel room was very dirty. The rating should be an 3 for cleanliness not an 8. The staff was very unprofessional at the front desk, except one older gentleman the last night we were there.

It was convenient and easy to get too! Also was nice place to stay with an amazing amount of room for our family.

the only thing was the first room we were given had a lock issue but the staff came out immediately and gave us a new room very close so was an easy and fast fix.

It was convenient to get to from the NJ Turnpike.

I didn't like that I was first given a room on the 3rd floor, when a room on the 1st floor was available. I also didn't like that my room didn't have an ice bucket, the body wash dispenser was empty, and the room had a lil musky smell.

This hotel is very well kept. The staff are all pleasant and helpful.

I wish the breakfast time was longer then 2 hours and that they had more of a market to purchase things . But overall this hotel is top tier.

I liked the seclusion and quietness of the room. Staff very friendly. My 2nd time here.

The room was beautiful. The hotel appearance and set up is beautiful, impecable. The staff was fantastic. They have remodeling going on and even the workers are so nice and efficient in their job. The gym, breakfast, business area, lounge,staff, excellent
