Aloft by Marriott Mount Laurel

When I arrived at the Aloft it was 2am & late check in, I was exhausted from traveling. Staff at the front desk informed me that I could pay $25 for a late checkout in the morning, I was told that they could not accommodate. The hotel was too loud and

Easy, convenient location. Excellent customer service on check in.

Bar wasn't open...no real reason.

There were pieces of debris on the floor in the hallway is there was no coffee at the hospitality counter. The pool and bar were not opened. The bathroom in the lobby don't have toilet paper in it. It seemed like the hotel has been forgotten in Covid.

First impression was it was very clean modern different than any other Hotel front desk staff was exceptionally nice. I would definitely go back.

I thought the rooms were quite small compared to other hotels in the Mount Laurel area. They did not offer free breakfast like many of the other area hotels do for the rate they charge I think they could do it. And the very last thing what's the water pre

The location was good for us.

The front desk personnel were not that friendly. They did their job, but they seemed like that they did not want to be bothered with issues. Our first set of key cards did not work, so we had to go back down and wait another 20 minutes for a new set..

Liked the hotel and appreciated attempt to redesign standard hotel room.

Opening/closing barn door to shower area was loud, especially at night. Remote control needed replacement. Alarm went off at 6 am...

Room was spacious and modern.

Sliding door to the bathroom definitely has gaps and when sharing the room with others can be a bit awkward.

It was a busy full hotel but its built well so it does not seem crowded.

No ice machine on my floor!

The hand soap was tightly wrapped in a clear plastic wrapper that was difficult for me to unwrap.

had a replacement TV this visit in the room. Let's hope it was temporary until the usual size shows up.

Checking in one night at 1 PM waited 50 minutes. ouch, no one at front desk, ouch.

Newer construction with modern feel. Room was spacious. Loved the extra-long vanity with two sinks in the bathroom.

The person working at the desk when we checked in was less than stellar. She prioritized answering the phone (holding an extensive conversation) while I was trying to check in and ask questions about my stay.
