Hilton Garden Inn Mount Laurel Philadelphia

They accused me of destroying the room which is completely false. Housekeeping manager was unbelievably rude and yelled at me on the phone! I am a Hilton honors member and stay at Hilton often and have never had an issue. Will never stay there again!

Pay breakfast thought it was free that what it advertised. Had to pay 90 dollar and breakfast wasn't good

The cable tv guide was not helpful. It only showed the network and not the actual program lineup. They charged me for breakfast when I thought I signed up for the breakfast included rate.

We called the hotel to make sure the indoor pool was in service, they told us it was. But, they failed to tell us the heater was broken, so the water was ice cold, pool was not usable. The pool is why we chose this hotel over one with better rooms

Lobby was bright, pleasant fragrance & welcoming.

In the shower, they put body lotion instead of hair conditioner.

Yes the pillow case had big stain and the towel had red stain looks like blood And we put do not disturb sign on our door and they still walked in they change the blinds on the window and left a screw on the floor which my wife stepped on the screw

The staff was super friendly! Greeted us every time we came in the door and made sure we felt welcome. They quickly provided extra towels when we requested them. The laundry room was a major convenience for us too! Kids loved the pool!

The bathroom door was so heavy and the bathroom stayed damp and muggy. There should be a door stop on it so I can get proper airflow. The view in 220 was of the top of the first floor A/C unit so not very attractive.

This hotel use to be my home away from home. The hotel quality has gone down and I watched a lady literally bring her entire family that wasn't staying in the hotel to the pool and they weren't staying at the hotel. Rooms are dated and not as clean

Convenient location.

They weren't cleaning rooms due to Covid unless you made a special request. They dropped the ball a couple of times and did not clean after our request.

I called the hotel prior to booking and asked if everything including the hot tub was open, I was told Yes at 10PM the night before I booked but when we got there it was closed because it was broken. I asked the hotel and they didn't do anything

I enjoyed my stay. The pool and the hot tub was open. The location is very convenient. There were food places, walmart and gas station close by. The staff was pleasant.

I wanted extra washcloths but there washer machine was broke. once they washed more they delivered them to my door. The wifi didnt work in my room.

There really wasn¿t anything great about this hotel . Felt more like a motel .

Wasn¿t very clean . The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting food , hair balls , god only knows what else . The little shop they have by the front desk for snacks the freezer was gross / sticky .

Tv was tiny. Neighboring rooms were full of partying teenagers slamming doors and very loud. I called the front desk multiple times and asked for them to say something but the noise continued for hours. Front desk wasn¿t very nice.

They rush you to check out. Things within the room was making too much noise; from the fridge to the radiator.

The woman checking us in was snippy and seemed annoyed. Nothing was in the listing about the pool being closed and the staff did not notify us until we asked. There was smashed up cereal on our carpet under the footstool and the beds were HORRIBLE!
