- Housekeeping can into my room at 10:50am, while I was in the bathroom. Check out time was noon!
- Chose this hotel because it offered rooms with jetted tub, heated indoor pool, laundry facilities. No jetted tub,complained and was told they would move us next day. The next day we were STILL IN UNWANTED ROOM. NO laundry facilities and pool was freezing

the lobby was clean
staff wakes you up at 7 am then at 8 then at 9 even tho you have a do not disturb sign on door that¿s how badly they want you to leave so they can clean the room ? the room was still dirty when we checked in
