Yes the clerk and how disrespectful he was to my wife and on top of that he cancelled our room in the middle of the night very rude and disrespectful and not helpful on how to find our room

Shower, kinda close to the stores

Ground hogs under the hotel you can see where they are going in and out huge holes

Nothing. The water didn’t work in the shower. You owe me a voucher for a Free room. I’m gonna start using another hotel site. Unacceptable

Hotel is conveniently located.

The grab and go breakfast is just cereal or bread. My tv never work as I only could view one channel. No A/C in the hallways which doesn’t help when my stay was all over 100 degree days. A/C in the rooms does work. Doors to hallways do not secure.

customer service was horrible guy upfront told me i was bothering him too much after letting him know my card wasn't working then asking him if they had water.

Easy peasy travel to NY City, Bus stop located right next to it. Super easy check-in & Check-out.

Its a dumb broken hotel! The sink in the washroom was broken, the sink tap would not stop water at all, the shower hose was faulty, the hair dryer wouldnt work at all! So many Mosquitoes all in the room, gotten bit by mosquitoes all night long! Horrible!

Rate was too high for the quality of room. There was hair all over the restroom. I kept getting locked out the room and no one required ID to rekey my room. Major safety issue. Homeless people came in the side door for the free breakfast.

Skunks roaming the parking lot, roaches and ants in the room. A non-smoking room with an ash tray and the smoke detector disconnect and obviously being used to smoke.

The room smelled like cigarettes and mold even though it was a non-smoking room. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. The toilet was loose. It moved every time I sat down.

Old room. Old carpet. Toilet was loose. Bathroom light was on/off. Hand to bang it so that it turned on.

Price was ok, room was fairly clean and the staff was nice

Smelt so badly, people smoked in rooms. Carpets very dirty. Bugs in the room, am itching and scratching everywhere.

Nothing. It was a reminder to not go with the cheapest option. EVERY single room smelled like cigarettes. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the carpet in my socks. Guests sat on the stairs to smoke cigarettes

Pretty much everything. Continental breakfast was comical on an SNL level. I was 10 mins late, but only wanted coffee. I had to beg for a cup of joe.
