Rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good. A reminder, everyone doesn’t eat pork in their diet. Sometimes which up the meat. Thank You

the staff were not timely with any request, rude and standoffish. Did not keepstock of any basic utensils, not even making sure the coffee container was full and would take a while for a refill. The breakfast was cold and had little to no variety in foods

Nice room

Room cleaning during stay wasn't done after 1st day but they did on 2nd day after request. Welcome pack wasn't issued to me though I am least concerned on this

Yes, my toilet overflowed and front desk gave me a plunger and towels..stated maintenance was not available

The room was ok, but it was not have been none smoken room but we keep smiling smoke from the next room .

No, just asked for clean bathroom and the staff made me go to front desk to retrieve fresh towels

I don?t believe the sheets/ pillow cases were changed from the previous guest because they had fine hair on them and I had to request for the room to be cleaned

The bed slept well

The phone did not work, had to use my cell phone to call the office, the T.V. volume was low and u could not hear it and was told that it what it is.

I love the hotel it was. Very nice and clean the manger was nice,look foward to going back there in the future

The room was spacious and clean.The front desk guy hotel employee who was working around 5 pm Friday 6/21 was great.The front desk was busy and there were people hanging out in the lobby but he was smiling, calm and composed so that was great

Room service was banging on my door at 10:45 screaming checkout is at 11 like I didn¿t have 15 more minutes. The hotel also didn¿t allow a hour grace period like every other hotel I¿ve ever stayed at and the lady at the desk was very rude expressing that

Hotel staff was very friendly.

The gap underneath the door is very large and can see through very easily. This is a big security and privacy issue.

Free parking and free breakfast. Great location and very clean

The second day I was there I did not like the fact that during breakfast all the protein being served included pork. The eggs included ham in it. There should be a type of protein that does not include pork for those who does not eat pork.

The!!!SURPRISE NO PARKING AVAILABLE!!! After traveling a long distance NO clear posted information outside to keep you from going in a circle and possibly damaging your car. The breakfast choices were limited at 9ish am Pool of water in the entrance
