Rude Breakfast Lady

When it was time to check in the front desk was unmanned (5pm) also the tv was not working properly and there were roaches in the bathroom. Also there was a party in the restaurant with extremely loud music on my first night that was a bit much.

Outdated, party rental every weekend which makes it impossible to get rest

This hotel is incredibly run down and filled with people from social services that are homeless.

The rooms. Updated, clean and lots of amenities and a comfortable bed but that is what I liked best. I love everything about this hotel.

It is affordable, clean, well maintained, and the free breakfast.

The Quality Inn entrance sign was not lit up. It is difficult to see the opening to the entrance when it is dark out. That is a safety hazard.

Cleanest hotel in its price range with faster than average WiFi (not high speed but good).Just off I-80 with a couple of exit options if traffic is heavy - I only know if you are going West.

Had to restart my computer and key in the same credentials on a daily basis - stayed for a week.

Location is great.

The mattress was awful. I called and asked for it to be changed and was told they would let Maintenance know but that never happened. Trying to sleep on ?springs? basically gave me back pain every day!

Everything. The rooms are clean, and very well appointed. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also have a great breakfast. What's not to like?

People running around upstairs all night. Someone opening and slamming the outside door every half-hour or so- all night.

Old and it Smell bad, we got bit by Something during the night.

Older but clean budget hotel with free parking and decent breakfast buffet. Would stay again if in area.

Whenever I check into this hotel, and I come here frequently, I always hear the desk clerk tell other guest about breakfast that starts at 6:00am or 6:30am - till 9:30am but he never tells me! What's up with that?

I love the Quality Inn, its convenience and so very, very clean and comfortable I would recommend anyone to stay there. They are tops in my book!

The hotel exceeded my expectation. Room was big & comfortable, no noise from outside, staff was pleasant, nice variety for breakfast foods, and I didn't get that "creeped out" feeling. Overall "clean" feeling despite star rating.

The carpet had cigarette burns on the side of the bed (approximately 10), and I didn't like that the hotel entrance walkway leading to the front parking lot was not lit at night.
