Housekeeper at 8:30 pm knocking on the door and then shortly after opening and coming in when told we did not need anything. I was in bed sleeping as I had a early morning and not happy to be woken up

I was booked for the Hyatt Regency. Upon check in, I was told there were no rooms available. Wait. What? I had to stay at another Hyatt property down the street, which is NOT the hotel I wanted/needed to stay at. The entire experience was a disaster!

I was booked for the Hyatt Regency. Upon check in, I was told there were no rooms available. Wait. What? I had to stay at another Hyatt property down the street, which is NOT the hotel I wanted/needed to stay at. The entire experience was a disaster!

The location

Waited an hour and a half to check in. The hotel was under renovation and the lobby was closed. The restaurant was moved to a small area and the food choices weren?t good. With the construction going on, I felt that we should have gotten a better rate.
