Pros +
- It was fairly quiet.
- The location is great and the staff
- Good location.
Cons -
- Dirty room (roaches behind the TV when the Maintanence guy came to fix it), TVs in BOTH rooms I got did not work. Breakfast was super cold and also ran out quickly. Expensive prices for the store downstairs.
- They have to work on the amount for incidentals $250 is excessive
- Annoyances: $20 parking, nothing but chain restaurants close by.

It was fairly quiet.

Happy hour
The parking it cost 20 a day for you to park in a restaurant across the lot once the lot is full also the tube wouldn't drain
