The rooms have fridge and microwave and spare shelves

The sheets smelled like a ferret it was odd it never happened before and there was no hand soap so after using rest room we had to use shampoo to wash our hands and that wasn’t fully filled neither I was charged a $50 holding fee which I never was before

The housekeepers are okay, but management needs to be fired. Nice building poor management. Lady manager is definitely not doing a good job and definitely needs replaced to make this hotel better. I don't think housekeepers are given enough supplies.

Dirty floors, cockroaches, hardly toilet papers and clogged soap dispensers. If you want to wipe your craps with your fingers and loves sticky dirty floors, this hotel is for you. Poor management.

The price of the hotel was reasonable. The location was good as it is near shopping mall and restaurants. The room was clean. I liked the large refrigerator and counter space. The microwave also was good addition. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

I found the bed to be hard, but my husband did not. I have back issues and it is sensitive, so the bed did not work well for me. The pillows could have been softer. No hair dryer which should be added. A sofa chair would be nice to have had.

The non-smoking room smelled horribly of smoke. I couldn’t even put my head on the pillow it stunk so bad. I lined the bed with my clothing so I could sleep on it. We ran out as fast as possible in the morning.

very outdated rooms. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room was not insulated well- could hear every noise outside. They provided minimal towels. Would not stay here again

Great spot to stay for an early morning flight out of ACY. Was pleasantly surprised to find this was an efficiency hotel room with apartment size refrigerator, full size microwave, and kitchen sink carrier.

Only concern was leak under bathroom sink. We left the ice bucket under the sink, which only leaked when being used. We did not notify them as we left for our flight at 3 AM.

I like the best my little lady in the front desk. She was very nice also although Workers was pleasant, the refrigerator microwave and bed was very. Very clean. bathroom was clean in plenty of towels

The floor of the bathroom was kind of dirty and the floor in my room was kind of sticky. They should mop, they sweep the floor and mop more more often everything else was nice, and he was no soap

Convenience to the Borgata where we were seeing an event.

There was no shower curtain and there was a burn mark on my bedsheets.

The staff was great,Breakfast was very good.The room was very clean

It's a great location in the middle of everything every room has a Jacuzzi and every time I've stayed they've always worked breakfast is a little bit to be desired don't count on it but for the price you can't beat it

It's a little older hotel but with a pool and a Jacuzzi in the room what more could you ask for

The staffs are great.

Lack of supervision on the cleaners.I had to run to the office countless times for my room to be cleaned. The tub not sanitized. Their so called breakfast is no breakfast. Just tea/coffee and cereal. I will never go there again.Old TV

We love the location and Jacuzzi in the rooms.

There was NO breakfast the first day! The second there was alittle more but no waffles, no donuts, no muffins, no bagels all they had was cereal and 4 danishes and we went down early thinking the first day we went too late. The third day still nothing

It was very dirty and old the room smelled a lot, even though we sprayed our room with fresher it still smelled a lot we are smokers but that was a tad to much we went to our room very late and woke up early to leave we didn't even have to smoke

Great location, beds very comfortable and clean. Nice having jetted tub for two at no extra price!

Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was out of everything almost and still suppose to be open for another hour, and when asked for pancake sryup, jelly, cereal, ect. was told all out....

The jets in the tub were nice and wifi service was clear and strong

the room was not fully cleaned when we arrived and we had no towels. the floor and tub were dirty

Location

Overall attention to detail was not there. It looked like the room was only 1/2 cleaned and restocked - no flat sheet on one bed, no hand soap, the mini fridge still had the last guest's items in it. But the location was good and nice pool.

Reasonably prices

I picked the hotel for the pool and when we got there were informed it wasn't operable.

I hwas locked out of my room 4 times! Hotel was dirty run down!The stairs to my room were unsafe. Loose cracked tile! They moved me to a different room after 4th time being locked out they offered to comp.me a night but never fallowed thru. Just Horrible

Comfortable bed

At 8:30 am some breakfast food was run out. Jacuzzi didn't work.
