1st night Air condition failed so slept in uncomfortable warm night. 2nd night, thermostat was removed so room became freezer as temperature couldn?t be lower w/out the unit. Hotel Manger refused to compensate because it was not booked directly.

Close to family and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Air conditioner was alittle noisy. But overall great stay.

Yes, the pool was not opened for Memorial Weekend. We were really surprised by this. Part of the reason we stayed at this hotel was the pool listing. The other issue we had was that the beds were too high for the elderly.

Friendly staff, beautiful facility. Beds comfortable for sleeping only (see below).

Room felt cramped. Seems like newer renovations to Days Hotel created smaller rooms. Beds so high off floor, not comfortable for relaxing and smaller rooms left room for only chair at a desk. During night felt vibrations and heard humming noise.

Loud noise, did not look like photos. Cost 75$$ for dog to check in or no refund on payment.

The hotel ran out of clean towels and wash cloths, my room was never cleaned during my stay. But everyone was friendly and the overall hotel was great, breakfast was good and location was perfect for our needs.

The hotel was in a very convenient area to all locations. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Good selection of products in the store downstairs as well so you don’t have to run out.

My room was very clean but a couple minor issues such as the AC/Heater did not work in the separate room. In addition, the door jam to the separate room was damaged so the door would not close. Also, they do not have a queen suite as advertised by booking

Good bed. The place is always clean and tight. I found a few crumbs someplace and that's the only ding that I gave them. Staff is always friendly. I stay there two days a month. It's not a casino but, you'll sleep well.

Elevators. But, they're a necessity.

Good water pressure in the shower. Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Really friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel was not clean and I am not sure they change the sheets before we checked in. The sheets were rumpled underneath the covers and there was mold in the bathroom.

Everyone was friendly and there was a coffee bar :)

More attention to the tile floor spots from beverage spillage.

It was a nice bed size, the room colors were nice, bathroom was nice, clean and bigger than i expected.

I wish the TV had more channels. Like a cable provider instead of just local tv.

I paid cash At my arrival and my credit card was still charged the amount and now I'm in the process of trying to get my money back that was charged on my credit card

The staff, they are my main reason for staying there . First trip was location , but the staff is my reason for the following two trips. They are extremely cheerful and helpful.

I had requested a particular room but someone made an error , and placed a long term quest there. It took changing rooms twice to get one that felt the same.

I have not stayed at a Days Inn in several years; this hotel exceeded my expectations. The morning breakfast held a nice variety of options. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful as well.
