Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlantic City/Egg Harbor Township

I didn't realize I got a huge suite (I guess it IS in the name of the hotel.) Shower was awesome. Bed was comfortable

One of the windows had curtains that didn't close. so every time someone walked by, my dog would bark. but he's a puppy and he is excitable. It wasn't the hotel's fault. I still love you homewood suites.

The hotel was very nice from the outside. The inside was decorated nice for fall. The room rooms are also pretty big.

The rooms are outdated have very old, dirty cheap furniture. The wallpaper is ripping off of some of the walls in the rooms of the hotel. The elevator was also not working the entire trip thankfully I was on the first floor, but I my family was on the 4th

I called for towels early in the morning, no one came. I had to call again in the afternoon before we got it. There was a long the wait was on Sunday morning for eggs. In addition, there were no additional protien options for non pork eaters.

24 hr services; gym; breakfast buffet

One more waffle maker would help the wait time at breakfast.

the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were so nice and accommodating

the rooms (carpet) are so old and smelly; the hallways by room 103 smell like a nursing home.

Everything was above 10 on Wednesday they serve dinner and throughout the week hot breakfast is served, so many restaurants local and pharmacy

Remote was faulty but that was extremely insignificant

Location and amenities are good

It is in dire need of repairs. Many plugs didn't work in the room and just minor repairs and updating for the price charged. Hallways and elevators are not airconditioned. Elevators did not work at times.

They did not clean room second night I was there and heat was not working

Heating kept cutting off. Shower head was broken spraying water on floor. No room service to room to change towels. Hotel seemed to be in rehab mode. Had to call front desk to use elevator.

Staff, Cleanliness, Breakfast were great!

Manual Elevator, needed to get someone whenever you needed a elevator. The shower is too small. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows did not hold their firmness.

I liked the location. The hot coffee, tea and small kitchen. The staff were good, not great. I used to love coming to this hotel, it's changed.

The price I was told was not the same that I paid. No cleaning unless requested with a 24 hours notice and the breakfast was not good. The person that checked us in gave us the wrong times for breakfast. We were a party of four and only had two towels.

It was in a good location

I was charged an additional $60 for two days of amenities¿ a pool with no water and a gym that was 90 degrees. The entire place smelled like pot¿morning and night. There was a letter in our hotel room written by a disgruntled employee filled with curses

Option to cook on a stove. It was a big room.

The pool being closed, no maid service at all. The bed didnt have proper covers. We were given bed skirts as blankets. When asked about it we were told they would send some but it never came. The bed is uncomfortable, and the shower doors had mildew.

The staff was very helpful & pleasant

This hotel needs some refurbishing as the furniture & carpet were quite worn in the room that I was in. The floor in the kitchen squeaked with each step as I walked on it. The bed & bath were fine.

The Elevator was broken and had to walk up and down. Mind you, I had knee surgery.. smh

It was very clean, and sanitized. The staff was so nice and accommodating from start to finish.

It was very clean and everything in the hotel seemed fairly new.

Woke up at 6:30AM & tried to take a shower, let the water run for over 20 minutes & it was still cold. Walls are so thin that we could clearly hear the couple next to us. They kept us up all night talking.
