A lot of things: 1. We needed to change the room for 4 times because the staff got us to rooms that were already booked for 2 times and the 3rd room did not have electeicity at all! Also the bathroom door's lock was facing outside, not inside!

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Breakfast was garbage and noisy people talking outside at 1am did not let me sleep and had to call the cops because they would not listen to staff. Police did make a difference and I was able to fall asleep at 1:30am.

The customer service was good, Joe was good at the Marriot courtyard in North Brunswick

Location is poor, not easily accessible from any Location, rooms are old, carpets are old, paint is old, room smells like mildew and feet

I had a problem with a resident there and they resolved it. The police were involved due to the tenant being rude and nasty. They also made sure nothing bad happen to me and that I was safe in another room.

Comfortable rooms, price was reasonable.

Location wasn't ideal. No elevator and there was a mild smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Also, parking was a bit cramped.

No elevators or luggage carts. If you get a room that is not ground level, you have to haul your bags upstairs yourself without assistance. Hotel a little hard to get to find. Lights over bed can make sleep difficult, switch is by door.

Breakfast was terrible. Vending and ice machines were to far from room.

When I entered into room and was about to put soda into refrigerator, it was full of dirty towels. Yuck. Waited until morning for cleaning people to clean refrigerator.

I really like the location and also the cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable the bed is.

The toilets in the rooms are very low to the floor.

They provided us the room with 2 queen beds.

In the evening shift, they don't have the maintenance room keys. They could have cleaned the room. I am surprised, how much they would be ready for emergency cleanup.

Staff was very responsive to every need. There was, however, a couple of people who were obviously grifters, who hoarded breakfast items, leaving guests without some breakfast items (I alerted staff and the food items were promptly replenished).

Other than the hoarders,the woman half of which had a horrible odor, and made the breakfast area unbearable, the stay was pleasant. Personally, I believe the couple were not guests, and hung around the hotel, to get free breakfasts and other amenities.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was soft, the room was clean, loved the handicapped shower, the fitness room was good, the breakfast area was nice with lots of variety, and the guy in the breakfast area was very helpful.

There was not really anything that we did not like about this hotel.

The people and service also the clean towels and relaxing scent.

The door to enter the room has a really big gap at the bottom where bug came in from if you guys fix this this place will get better reviews.
