Beautiful hotel, great location and went for Orchard Park dinner

I was not given the room I booked, there were no glasses in the room, was not as nice of a room as I booked online

That there was no coffee available in the room. That there was no place for even a light breakfast. I don't think this venue should be marketed as a Resort. I would say it is more like a very beautiful wedding venue.

Nothing, not a friendly place

Everything, registered for an early check in at 2pm was given a confirmation, got there given every excuse, staff acted like we were boring them at check in, after pre paying they asked for an additional security deposit. The room itself was odd, the only amenity was a fridge in the room, you need to keep the room key in a slot in the room to keep the lights on. In the morning wanted a coffee, nothing in the room to make coffee, went to lobby where they had what looked like a spot to get coffee, given the excuse no one knew how to work the equipment, then when my husband expressed his disappointment when we were checking out at 9am we were told that their coffee service had not gotten there yet. Parking was free but get to it was blocked off, and being handicapped this made things even harder. In all terrible spot to stay.

It was clean looks like a new hotel, big shower nice shampoo, and soap, nice bar and restaurantThe room itself was spacious with a desk, a TV with YouTube, a minifridge, and a safe.

The room was standard equipped, no coffee maker or kettle in the room the outlet beneath the desk was difficult to reach, it was difficult to open the drawers and mini fridge cabinet the handles had an insufficient grip point, suggest putting a sofa or an armchair in the room

The bed was super comfortable.

There was no mini bar in the room. The bathroom did not have a make up mirror and the shower head was shocking for a 5 star hotel.

My room smelled like cat pee.

It is a gorgeous property with beautiful trees. At night, the trees are all lit up and it is magical. There is a restaurant on site as well as a bar. There’s also a small Starbucks in the lobby, which was convenient. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Nice bathroom set up.

It is a beautiful wedding destination. So bring a white noise app or earplugs to drown out the party revelers as they return to their rooms in the middle of the night.

The grounds were beautiful! Joe the manager was exceptional and went beyond to make our stay good.

When we pulled up till it seem like just a little cottage in the middle of nowhere with glowing trees, as if it was Christmas in the middle of nowhere, it was already breathtaking. Once we walked inside, we were pleasantly greeted by Miss Erika. Who is the manager at the front desk and Wayne, they were warm, kind accommodating and extremely helpful. What I loved about. It was how quaint it was there’s a live DJ that plays which we actually had no idea about and we’re told is bumping on most nights, so if you’re ready to party that’s the place there was actually a wedding going on that weekend however it was with the exception of the front Dess. We wouldn’t have known pretty quiet and it’s almost like an a separate building. I think we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant, but the food smelled so good. The bartender was very kind. He told us that, although we missed dinner, we could still order dessert and we can have drinks. It was about 10 o’clock. It looks identical to the pictures! Parking is very close valet is only 10 dollars!! Incidentals are 100 a night. Water is provided in the room and coffee is free as is ice water downstairs. The restaurant outside is a whole vibe Instagram worthy. We will be back

I would’ve loved if they had a pool. However, they did have a spa. We did not utilize it because we only stayed the night. However, the next time that we go will definitely add take more time to look around. They do anything from blowout, manicure and pedicure waxing I think it’s full service.

Spa was closed. Breakfast in restaurant was only at 10am due to Easter brunch. I was not informed in advance. No kettle in room. Booking.com picture or garden was misleading. Pond looks much bigger & belongs to neighbouring property. No kettle in room.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The lush greenery and beautiful garden made the surroundings peaceful and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The only downside was that it’s far from New York Center (1,5 hour drive) which may not be ideal for those wanting quick access to the city. Otherwise, very good hotel.

N/A - didn't have breakfast

The only hiccup we had was we couldn't get the lights to work in the bathroom and we called down to the front desk -- they explained that you'd needed to insert your room key card into a slot by the room entrance, LOL. Problem was solved easily! But perhaps inform people when checking in or place a label on the back of the room door with instructions for getting the lights to work.

Beautiful, spotless and very friendly staff! Most comfortable bed ever!

A little pricey and the shower curtain doesn’t fit, water went everywhere!

Building and grounds were very beautiful.

Location is kind of far from everything. Not a great value for what you are paying. One of the main reasons we chose it is for the room service but when we got there they tell us its "in-room dining, not room service" so we had to go pick it up from the restaurant which wasn't a huge inconvenience but it didn't come with silverware or drinks, etc.
