Hampton Inn Denville/Rockaway/Parsippany

Comfortable bed....not too hard....not too soft. Lots of pillows from soft to harder.

Dog barking in next room. Adjoining room with door do dog should not have been in that room

Location and lobby. The beds were very comfortable.

There were water marks on the ceiling, and they were wet to the touch. Also, no one cleaned our room (or offered to clean it) while we were there from Sat. through Mon.

the pool was closed and the hot water for tea at night was not hot at all.

There was a fire at the hotel. We checked in about 10 pm and was awaken at 6am for a fire. No compensation was offered to go to another hotel after waiting for hours outside before we could get our belongings. Manager was not accommodating.

Close to highway

Smelled like a dog. I work nights. The hotel had several kids staying for an event and they were very loud. Running the halls. Knocking on the doors and running. This went on all day! I called several times. Was told they weren?t sure unsure what to do

The pool was closed for repair for the last 6, no hot breakfast, no house keeping service during the stay. The staff at check in did not inform me that the Above were unavailable. When I inquired the next morning I was told I should have been informed by

Very clean and quiet

Under renovation, I couldn't use the swimming pool. Take out food only but good stuff

Everything was good as usual with some exceptions

Kitchen closed so no eggs and meats. Breakfast sandwiches mismarked. Attendant did not seem to care enough to post sign.

Price

The other guests. There was a pot smell in our hall and even in our room, and a few other guests were talking loudly about personal health issues or playing music from a tablet with no headphones.

2 problems: 1, there was a strange smell in the room. 2, the curtain can noe be pulled together to block the sun

Missing breakfast buffet, the go to breakfast box was provided with bagel and meat sandwich, I don¿t eat meat, you have to be considerate about other people. Room phone wasn¿t working TV remote had issues as I had to tap a few times for it to work

The room is very clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Front desk staff did not call 911. Another guest ended up calling. She then told us that she spoke to her manager who told her not to call 911. I did not feel safe going back to sleep. No compensation.

The staff, room and location were a plus. The free breakfast was good/average.

The hotel was going through a remodel/renovation, which you'd expect things to be not up to par. The room was overpriced considering the inconvenience of the work being done.

Room¿s carpet was not cleaned properly. it was smelling bad. Washroom door was not working need to be fixed.

We were charged two 50.00 dollar charges for lncidental fees witch needs to be refunded now

The room was very clean,the people at the front desk are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is awesome, something for everybody, they havnt missed a thing!
