I was disappointed in this hotel I hated everything about it.

First of all the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to front desk, when I got in the room it smelled disgusting, the light switch didn’t work, the mattress was dirty, i paid for king bed and got 2 twin beds I had to cancel my reservation.

It?s very depressing and animals cockroaches en bed , bathroom y wall it?s terrible

There is nothing to like about this hotel. It is rundown, dirty, and completely lacking in amenities.

Everything about this hotel is bad: condition, cleanliness, amenities.

Everything. the rooms are filthy filled with roaches and bed bugs. The whole hotel smells and everything is dirty.

Location only

Completely untidy hotel and too much dust and smoked room even when we asked for non-smooking , Bed bugs, Used blankets , not washed, Lights / Switch not working, carpets were wet and smells way of in front of corridor and outside. It was an awful smell,

The price.

Filthy. Woke up to bugs in cups and bathroom. Lots of stains and filth.

Called me at 3:12pm to say they weren¿t going to be able to accommodate me due to hotel emergency, no hot water. I said I didn¿t care, still they couldn¿t give me the room. After insisting gave me the key. ROACHES, CIGARETTES IN MY FILTHY ROOM! I LEFT

$--- a night for a pos motel, mattress was like a sheet of plywood. Don¿t go there.

Smoke detectors covered with plastic bags. Security bar on room door missing. AC unit had filter pulled out. Whole hotel smelled like marijuana in the halls and in our room. There was a wad of bubblegum on the sliding glass door security bar.

That the manager was willing to give me a refund without too much hassle.

Filthy. Roaches in the sink. Evidence of past bed bugs. Burn holes in sheet. Something gross that was not cleaned off of desk. Rugs, walls,doors dirty Manager said in response to previous review that they spray & don't have bugs. I have pictures of them.

Yes, the room was absolutely terrible! NO wash cloths and only 2 towels. The sheets did not fit the bed at all and smelled yucky! Not to mention waking up to crawling roaches. The outside was not appealing and was very dirty with over flowing trashcans.

Proximity to workplace

2 live adult cockroaches by my luggage in the morning. Filthy rundown hotel. Wouldn't walk barefoot in room, let alone eat breakfast there. Manager on duty didn't reply to my complaint about the roaches. Had to go through my luggage. I want my money back.

Need to have the entry door lock to keep patrons out as it has the key door lock but anyone can walk in. Need clean linen as some towels had stains on it and do a roach need to exterminate.

Left after 1 night and went down the road to a nicer hotel

Employees did not speak English and it smelled

Two night out of four I did not have HOT WATER. I brought to the attention of the desk person and the first time this happened which was the second night they said they fixed it, the third night it was good but the fourth night it happened again,

Dirty, no hot water, this hotel was disgusting. I would like to be REFUNDED I have used you guys for years and I am very very disappointed and you should remove this hotel of your list.

It was close to the event location.

The hotel lobby was nice and clean, but that was just to cover up how dirty the overall place was! Hall stunk, doors grimy, food was OK and should have more variety. Grounds were trashy...not safe to walk dogs. I would not choose again.

It was the day we had winter blizzard in NJ, the snow was not removed from the entrance to motel, so we missed the entry and spent another 25 min. getting back through neighborhood roads.

Balcony rooms, relatively newer look inside

Fridge was not working, microwave was not provided despite mentioned in reservation and even when asked at the reception . Wifi speed was bad could not work or watch any videos on that speed. Shower was not working. No coffee machine in the room.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room,I had to wait the next day for a microwave cause I was told to use the microwave in the lobby. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom on the floor, tub & sink.
