- room is dirty, and smells bad
- -Water stains mildew & mold and dusty corners in bathrooms. -No place to hang clothes. -Breakfast was only chewy bars, with juice & coffee. -Falsely accused us of taking hotel property. -Wrongfully charged fees.
- the heating was that good cold air was coming in under the door and around the seal of the door. Which made the heart feel little to none
