Nice new hotel

Place is basically a night club - music blasting until 1am. If that is what you are looking for then it's a great spot. Otherwise would highly recommend another location

Complicated entry to hotel. Rooftop bar was packed and so was parking.

Close to the highway. Not much else. Extremely subpart hotel on all fronts.

Valet service consistently occupied handicap spots, and I had to wait 15 minutes for a valet to even show up and then find the key. No room service is offered, as the hotel primarily caters to corporate guests. There’s also no partnership with the rooftop and neighboring restaurant. Bar staff extremely unhelpful and almost rude. Overall, the hotel is suitable if you just need a basic room with a bed and absolutely nothing else. Overpriced for what it offers. Definitely no Marriott quality or customer service.

Nice gym, rooftop bar and lobby bar are nice, staff is friendly.

Pool is a bit small.

Easy check in. Staff was courteous but we could not find anyone when leaving since it was too early.

People were outside at 1:00 A.M. being disruptive, yelling, obviously intoxicated and pulling up vehicles and being obnoxious. Called front desk but no answer. They were out there so long I did not sleep. We left at 5:00 A.M.

The toilet seat was visibly dirty and not cleaned. It hindered the experience and I avoided using the bathroom due to this.

Hotel was AMAZING! Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Evening dinner and drinks at the Bradford were sensational! I was in town visiting friends and will definitely be back whenever I visit.

The Keurig in the lobby. A cafe/coffee bar with fresh brewed coffee products would be my only “fix”.

The Beadford rooftop restaurant was very noise, fast service, brought all the plates at the same time, didn't like one meal, I sent it back, and they still charged me....

Very clean, great customer service, nice rooftop lounge, bar in the lobby is beautiful, breakfast was amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and good air system. Tv offers Bluetooth and Netflix.

Food was great and customer service.

I requested a refund for one night. Spoke with Manager and booking to resolve this issue but it was never resolved nor was I contacted from either party about my refund for my reservation that had been changed for 2 nights to 1 night.
