The front desk staff. The comfort and quietness of the room.

The hand lotion dispenser in the bathroom was not working.

Staff were pleasant and attentive. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Somewhat noisy due to traffic outside.

Yes, the electronic key wasn't working therefore a new lock had to be installed it was very inconvenient to my stay. I will appreciate a free voucher on my recent purchase. Thank you

The interior design was very contemporary and classy. The bedding and linens were great quality. Negative: need larger trash cans in room.Also tea bags including herbal tea should be included with coffee in room.

How clean it was and the staff

Sand in a corner at the bottom of the pool. Only decaf coffee in my room no regular. Very minor and wouldn¿t prevent me staying there again.

Excellent overall experience. Easy in and out and great proximity to just about anything you might need. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location

Quality has gone downhill - toilet paper was like sandpaper, the towels were rough, the beds and pillows weren't as comfortable and there was some mold in the shower. Not up to usual Hampton Inn standards.

I loved the shower and the room was very bright and clean ¿ the Staff were amazing as well!

I just wish there was hot food at the hotel ..

Decor was very interesting. Very modern, yet not campy. There were very comfortable seating areas in the lobby and a bar open in the evening. Staff attitude and cleanliness were perfect. Very convenient to our purpose in town.

Someone unplugged the refrigerator at some point. Not sure that any of the hospitality staff would have noticed. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have them check the refrigerator status when cleanig.

The room was welcoming and bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is always nice.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

If you did not ask for them to clean the room , they wouldn't . Even when you asked, they said they could only exchange towels . We had to ask for them to at least make the beds. I thought that was odd for a 4 night stay.

I stay at this venue repeatedly when I travel North from SC. I hope the dollar value is available every time I come back to NJ.

Very clean and well maintained

The highway is very loud. Use of a white noise machine is a must.
