The quiet location

The room was in very poor shape and A/C unit was barely resting in window. Ceiling paint was peeling and flaking very bad. Water pressure in shower was terrible, even very early in the morning.

The onsite host was very nice and helpful. Love the beach inspired decor and paintings including the flamingos throughout the lobby/breakfast area and fun painting over the bed. Bathroom was very nicely appointed.

It's really a converted home, so if other guests are noisy you'll hear. A bit of a college dorm feel. Our concern with noise was quickly addressed.

Peaceful environment. Josh was readily available and very pleasant

Wonderful location, good parking, AC worked well, comfy bed. Walked the boardwalk each morning from belmar to spring lake.

The inn was extremely nice especially for the value. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful stay. The innkeeper, Joshua, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

First time to Jersey Shore. We usually go to Cape Cod but wanted warmer water. Saltwater Inn was perfect. It was a great location to walk to Delmar Beach or many restaurants. Everything was freshly upgraded with a beach vibe. The cleanliness was outstanding. The host, Josh was friendly and helpful. He made certain all our needs were met. Excellent outdoor seating on the porch.

Location was two blocks to the beach

The room was tiny with no closet or any place for your clothes. The popcorn ceiling was peeling. There was no way to keep the light from the outside lights out of the room. The room was bright all night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The innkeeper Josh went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location close to beach and downtown shops. Loved the beachy feel to the inn!

A/C was finnicky leaving the room very hot at times and water pressure in shower was not great. Josh helped us out with the A/C eventually getting it to work, though!

Charming house. Great location.

Our room was poorly cleaned. The bathroom had hair from someone shaving all over the toilet and sink. The bed sheets also had hair in them. The TV was broken. Due to the poor cleaning we booked a room at a Marriot in Neptune.

The property is very clean and in an excellent location. It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Josh is super friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.

Saltwater Inn is a charming bed and breakfast located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Beach decor throughout the house makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The onsite manager, Josh, is excellent and a huge asset to this property!

Hot water took a long time to heat up, but did work eventually.

Super clean cute and cozy. Bed was super comfy. Josh was the ultimate host with the most, who made the stay at Saltwater extra special. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Friendly staff , great location, really clean, great porch to relax on , you can walk or ride a bike to the beach or the many restaurants and bars located blocks away . Perfect place !
