The New London Inn

Reasonably priced; calm, comfy atmosphere; friendly staff

Limited and confusing TV options made it impossible for us to watch live TV with the kind / variety of options available at home.

Location was perfect. The room was nice. The Inn and dining room were charming. Breakfast was delicious and unique. Staff was very friendly and decor was comfy. Some older places have a musty smell - nothing like that here.

Only suggestion is to let patrons know that room is on the third floor with no elevator.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very accommodating

A small issue but the trash from the previous guest had not been emptied. Not a big deal - I am sure just an oversight.

Convenience- good breakfast nice efficient waitstaff

Dirty rugs - moldy shower tile -

Comfy bed. Clean. Well kept. Would stay again without hesitation but I wish there was a refrigerator in the room.

No refrigerator in my room. Ceiling fan in shower didn't work.

Great breakfast.

The beds made alot of noise every time someone moved waking others. The Inn also charged an additional $25 that was not advertised.

The hotel is perfectly located in town, next to Colby Sawyer which brings me to New London often. From the welcome at the front door, escort to my room, breakfast, cleanliness, I have never been disappointed.

Location.

The bathroom window did not have a curtain. The window was well above ground level, but I did not feel comfortable using the shower without a curtain at the window.

It's in the center of a very nice New England town. The restaurant is wonderful and the room was spacious and very quiet. It's an old building with lots of character, but very well maintained and updated.

It's was close to my daughters school and you could walk around town. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast was lovely. There were 7-8 choices, all of which were beautifully prepared with fresh, local fare. The dining room had beautiful sunlight in the morning, and the waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. The micro gallery was also great!

The hotel should post information in the bathroom stating to leave used towels on the floor for replacement. I didn't because it was so hot in July and I didn't want a moldy situation to fester, but as a result we went 3 days w/o replacement.

Food and service in restaurant was outstanding.

Room floor was uneven and rug was warn.

was a wonderful room , shower great, bar and restaurant superb, will definitely be back ! staff was more than helpful.

Location and air conditioning!

Quaint, cozy, great breakfast.

The walls & floors/ceilings are a bit on the thin side.

The atmosphere and restaurant

Everything except the mattress.

The mattress in Rm 201 needs to be replaced or at least flipped to get even useage.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location rit next to colby sawyer
