disgusting conditions, no towels, no TV, two different rooms both disgusting, no one spoke English!
One pillow on the bed, the room was cold, the heat could not be increased beyond 78� but it was 12� outside. Not enough blankets on the bed. Had trouble sleeping because it was cold.
