Quality Inn Merrimack - Nashua

The staff at the hotel was very, very helpful. This went from the front desk, to all the service people working throughout the day and evening. Great job.

I am a recent lower leg amputee. When I got to the hotel, I found out that there was no elevator, and our room was on the second floor. Didn't know that I needed to make a special reservation request for a handicapped room. Lots of crutch stair climbing.

Quiet and comfy clean room. Friendly staff seemed like a local family. Good quality stay for a low price.

It's on Industrial 3 north of Nashua so there aren't any stores nearby. Also they don't have an elevator but have 4 floors, fyi.

Being able to go in and out the side door instead of looping all the way through the lobby and out the front door.

They have no smoking signs everywhere, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, the front desk mentioned a deposit which is fine but took it out once with the initial charge then again several hours later. Which I was not expecting.

Conveniently located, near a highway but no noise was heard inside with the AC on.

I stayed 6 days with the extension 3 times for the same room. they take deposit 4 times @50$. the total deposit for the same room 200$ is unreasonable, the hotel takes a deposit on every rental renewal payment, be careful¿ with your deposit. Give cash

The clientele. lot of construction workers and motorcycle riders which were loud. They sat outside drinking and smoking. Not a good atmosphere.

The housekeeping staff only came into our room one day and only gave us fresh towels. Our garbages were never emptied until I put them outside our door.

The staff IS AMAZING!! Each member I dealt with was, very nice, extremely helpful and super polite, made sure we had everything we needed and took very very good care of is! I would recommend this place to anyone!!it's quaint and very quite.

It was a very short drive from Nashua.

It just had a funky feel; strange smell, not smoky but just musty, crazy paint job, just a weird vibe. While the location was good for me personally as it was close to work it should be noted that nothing was nearby i.e food or gas or anything.

Cleanliness and smell was not good. There was no elevator.

Room was not at all clean. It was dusty coffee machine, hair on chairs, dirty carpet, stained towels.

The front desk staff was very friendly

The room is very bright, due to the bad curtains. There was no elevator. The sink faucet ran all night. The vent light was so loud in the bathroom that we used are cell phone lights while showering so we wouldn¿t bother others. Breakfast was terrible.

Price was fair

Had to use my own vaccuum. Dirty rooms and dirty hotel

The location and accessibility were just what I was looking for. Unfortunately the smell of cigarette smoke was very very strong. But the weather allowed me to keep the large window wide open and I kept to the bed closest to it to manage.

The stairwell smelled like sewage and they did not have an elevator. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and tjere were stains on the ceiling and holes in the carpet which was not even vacuumed well.

Comfortable bed, good-sized room, staff friendly and helpful.

Tub had hair in it and under toilet was ick when checked in. Only cleaned room once when I had a clogged toilet. Had to bring them dirty towels to get clean ones, set our own trash in hall, didn¿t give new bags,Was not living there, was on vacation.

The motel was clean . Better than most.the beds were very comfy.

Ac wasn't very cold and it was noisy.
