- My first room the TV did not work the second room they put me in the TV did not work it's been a long day so I didn't move to another room because no one could fix it turned out it was unplugged the toilet seat also was broken
- On this particular trip nothing
Cons -
- The Jacuzzi did not work whole reason.I went there was for the jacuzzi
- I left my charger in the room I called in they said I had to send them an envelope changed my mind just rolled back and got it I've had great service in the past tried to speak to the manager and he wasn't listening to my complaints I Won't Go Back likely
- The entire experience was disappointing from not having any extra blankets so we had to go out late at night and buy some, no towels, to the lights not working above vanity, microwave not working, no pool or hot tub, not getting the room that we booked.
