- Big room, staff was nice.
- It accepts pets and everyone loved our dog.? the staff the guests - everyone was so nice

Cons -
- We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool as we were on vacation. Once we checked in we were informed the pool was out of order and we would not be able to swim.
- I had requested a room with a jacuzzi and it came with one but it did not work. Maintenance came to try and fix it but was unable to.
- I couldn't get a cup of coffee or food in the lobby cafe because they only had one staff member covering the entire lobby, including front desk, whenever I was there. Good for corporate profits, awful for customer service.
