Centrally located in Hampton Beach, this motel is a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Free Wi-Fi is available and guest rooms include rustic décor and air conditioning. Cable TV is featured in all rooms at the Tides Motel. A small fridge and microwave are also provided. Copy and fax services are provided in the air-conditioned motel. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the area, including deep sea fishing and whale watching. York Wild Animal Kingdom is a 40-minute drive from the Motel Tides. The Boardwalk is a 5-minute walk from the property.

- Close to the beach
- Staff - incredibly friendly !
- The location is great if you are there to walk around Hampton.
Cons -
- I room was not clean and when I laid down to go to sleep I wasn't able to because there was urine on the mattress witch caused me to be covered in some strangers urine witch ruined my stay
- Bathroom a bit dated but charming in it's own way.
- This room was gross. Cute from far away, walking in, but definitely appeared all they do is remake the bed and take out the trash. There were hairs and dirt all over the room and in the bed. Wanted to take a shower after leaving, not worth the price.
