my husband had a health issue while we were there and the front desk staff and tespecially he laundry support staff oth very helpful in helping me help my husband, they went to all ends of the hotel to help me find him , and I greatly appreciated it,

the egg disks at the hotel tasteless , they are really like nothing . I love the waffles especially cinnamon bun

Very friendly and kind staff

The friggen toilet is 18" off the floor. If I wanted a Chinese toilet I would have gone to China. How do you expect an elderly person to get on and off it?

The quality of the staff was outstanding, very friendly and quickly solved the small issue we had. Shout out to the general manager for her leadership and her help.

Pet friendly, your staff that I had contact with were amazing. I called to verify my booking and the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She also made sure my room was pet friendly.

My pup finding a grape vine under the nightstand (she thought it was great). Otherwise, there was nothing to not like.

Smoke free and strong dog odor tell me the room was not very clean

The client service rep at check- in appearance was impecable - But she seemed bothered. There was NO friendly greeting or welcome. Our room-the paper TV guide was dirty (food smeared) there was also a large black hand print on the white curtain.

Proximity to everything & friendliness of staff

Our room & (we) were visible to Everyone entering hotel. There was no way to close a curtain to stop this. Very uncomfortable feeling!

Clean, convenient to where I needed to be. Decent price for the room.

Main Entrance in back of hotel, unclear. Check in staff was non-professional but was also dealing with a difficult/demanding client. Main light was out, no other light nearby. Unsettled especially because it was an adjoining room.

Hot tub was not working , sauna was not working, laundry was not working. They quality of things that they used wasn?t good.Breakfast was lean nothing much offered. It wasn?t like any other chain in their brand

Jacuzzi was closed the pool had a bunch of build up and there was lots of dust in our room

Kind staff and breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate available all hours

Stained carpet and lampshade, found a sock not ours under the ottoman

Breakfast and location to city

Room needs a deep clean. Stains on the rugs. Lampshade has big stains. Sketchy people walking around the hotel. Appear homeless

Room size and comfort of bed.

Pool open too late ( 11pm) kids Running in the hallways and stairwellsbl, late evenings and early mornings . Would like if Drapes Covered the WHOLE window, not just the ends, or put in a shade !

Carpet in the room and hallway are too old and smells very bad. Have to leave the window open a little bit during the night for sleep.

Fitness room is lame. Only 2 treadmills; no weights, no stability ball, and tiny.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. My arrival was quite late and they were ready for me. The breakfast was very good, just what I needed after a long flight from Seattle and drive from Boston. I had time for a shower and nap before checkout!

I was thoroughly pleased! I liked everything!

Can't really say much, came in late, left early. Bed was comfortable.

I ended up checking out early due to a dog that was left alone and would not stop barking. First night no sleep, got back from work around 5:30pm. Dog still barking. Front desk claims there was no phone in barking dogs room to do anything about it.

Room backed up to elabator motor on the third floor. The wal, headboard and bed vibrated when the elevator moved. It stopped at 2 am.
