Quality Inn Ashland

We stay in these hotels as we travel cross country. This was the worst one we have stayed in. The only positive was the staff- he was very accommodating and what we are used to. The couch was worn with holes, the door did not fit correctly in the frame

The location was good

The breakfast didn't have enough supplies, many containers were empty. The staff was not very accommodating. I didn't like the management

The management and staff were very attentive. Very Kind and trustworthy staff.

I would not pay more than $---. a night.

Easy check-in, spacious room (well lit, too), room was freshened up between nights of a two-night stay. Breakfast was somewhat above average (i.e. we've seen worse at other QIs). Poland Spring water in 5-gallon dispenser near lobby was a plus.

Dowdy room needs upgrade from gouged ceiling, tub faucet (detached from wall) and a badly deteriorating blackout curtain. (Despite that, pretty good soundproofing.) A bit frustrating on a 90+ degree day to see a covered swimming pool outside my room.

Location was great.

Constant banging noises at night - phone calls to front desk were answered at first and noises stopped for 20 minutes. Noises started again and subsequent phone calls were answered at first, then disconnected, and ignored for remainder of night.

It is right off the highway. It is 25 minutes away from. Waterville Valley and 35 minutes away from Ragged Mountain. We rented a cot for $10 a night. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage.

The pool is outdoors, so no swimming for the kids in the winter. Two members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. But one seemed annoyed with us when we expressed some needs.

Food was ok but they gotta watch an keep food full for others.eggs an sausage were very low. Location was easy to find.most place was clean.

Hot water took a dozen minutes to heat. Very overpriced. Breakfast very basic.

Horrible experience I checked out early and stayed in my cousins camper the next night. I am requesting a refund cor one night

Minimal house keeping breakfast was minimal and their were people outside of my room drunk and yelling until 3 am. My kids and I couldn't sleep.

Room was quite clean and spacious (double queen). Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast attendant was very helpful. Check in and check out quite easy.

Not much very basic for the price, I could’ve drove another half hour got the same hotel for half the price.

First off this place is ran by those people! I was very shocked to see a motel of the standard to be ran by them. Woke up to screaming kids at 7:30 in the morning, breakfast was OK nothing special rooms overpriced, Go up the Road to the days Inn.

The hotel's location is great. It is a quiet hotel. Good selection of TV channels.

The rooms looked and felt outdated.

The hotel was quiet and the room was sufficient for our needs. The staff that we interacted with was great.

There were some shady characters about. Smokers gather just outside of the main entrance which happened to be right by the window for our room.

Man at desk that checked us out next morning was very nice and friendly. German lady who looks after continental breakfast was very sweet and helpful.

Man at desk that checked us in on 3/25 was not friendly at all. He was not rude but very clear he was there just for his pay check.

Within range of the ski area we were planning on visiting the next day. Entrance to hotel was on a dead end street. Relatively quiet, given the location right off highway. Front desk staff were very nice & cordial. Hot breakfast was appreciated.

Fridge vibration was annoyingly loud. Had to unplug it to get to sleep.

First room didn't have a functioning toilet. Asked front desk for a different room and there was only a room with a frozen fridge or a room with a door that was stuck. Second room had frozen fridge with prior water damage and shower had not been cleaned
