Comfort Inn Valentine

Nice and quiet.

They ran out of hot food for the breakfast around 7:15 am. Couldn't find anyone to tell about it. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Someone kept blocking the door in the rear so you didn't have to use your key card to open it.

Clean room, good breakfast . We liked the western decor . Pool area nice and the hot tub was lovely . Would definitely stay again.

The location

we had a bed bug on the pillow, thank goodness we pack our own pillows. And the shampoo in the shower was empty.

Great location and was quiet.

Breakfast was standard cereal, biscuits and gravy.

Staff contacted me regarding something we had left behind and then shipped it to us!! That was totally unexpected and very much appreciated!!

Super friendly, clean room, comfy bed, nice pool.

It was very clean. The manager is top notch. We have stayed at every hotel in Valentine except the Raine. It is by far the best. Close to downtown and it has a nice breakfast and pool.

The washer was broken and we were there for a week.

clean room

hall carpet needs replacing, older hotel, small bathroom

Location to where we needed to be.

For being in the hospitality business- one would expect the front desk clerk to be friendly. Took care of business but not at all who I would want to greet guests. Lighting over vanity is harsh blueish light - hated that.

The pool and hot tub area was really nice and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, and assorted bread and yogurt items. The front desk clerk at check-in was helpful and courteous

Our room key card was very finicky, and we had to get it replaced the evening we checked in. It still gave us troubles the next morning, but they said they would be upgrading their machines soon. The mini fridge didn't have a freezer for our ice packs.

The friendliness of the help, clean room and good breakfast. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back again. Excellent staff.

The location was great for our long day of travel. It was comfortable.

The toilet was still dirty, and the bathroom was very small.

The staff was very kind. The breakfast was good except they were missing syrup for waffles. Room was quiet and slept real good. Pillows weren't the best, glad we brought our own.

Location was a bit difficult to get around during our visit but that was due to Valentine's construction plan not the hotels.

Television actually had quite a few working channels and the in-room coffee is probably the best in Valentine, NE.

The hot water at the bath tab was barely hot. No USB charger ports in room, either.

Great Location. Loved the separate rooms so our older kids could come in late and not wake us.

Had to go to cashier for toilet paper. Ran out of coffee pods and could not find anyone who could get us more (we were there 3 days). Full size beds were awful.

Quite location, comfortable bed and room

Pillows ¿¿

Clean

Middle of stay was told no record of stay and was lucky it was Christmas because otherwise our stuff would be gone.

Nice furniture and bed, comfortable. Nice staff, Great breakfast area

Comfortable beds. Room could be made fairly dark from early morning light.

Not so healthy breakfast choices.
